Geraldine oversees all aspects of the business at Farnham Castle, and is responsible for advancing the Castle’s reputation as one of the foremost, historic Wedding and Events Venues in the South of England.

Jenni
HEAD OF FINANCE
Jenni is the custodian of our business transactions. She manages all our accounting activities then makes sure the numbers add up and plans for our future.
Simon
HEAD CHEF
Simon calls our Castle Kitchen ‘home’ as he’s been working with us for over 20 years! His love of menu creation and leading his team in the kitchen is infectious. He enjoys selecting quality, seasonal produce from local suppliers, and is your go-to man for menu inspiration!
Francesca
HEAD OF MARKETING
Francesca understands our clientele to a T, having spent the last 19 years of her career working within the wedding industry. She loves sharing the hidden gem of Farnham Castle with wedding couples and clients. Having spent 22 years living in central Farnham herself, she lives and breathes the Castle.
Harry
ESTATE MANAGER
Harry is a joy to have on the estate, and even his team would agree. He looks after our historic venue as if it were his own. His meticulous manner ensures that every room in the building is perfectly maintained and updated between all of the events that we have taking place throughout the year.
Piper
SENIOR WEDDING AND EVENT SPECIALIST
Piper oozes enthusiasm, and her confident charm provides our clients with the comfort that their event or wedding is in very safe hands. Piper’s hospitality career originates from Canada, and her experience includes managing multiple large events.
Jenna
SENIOR WEDDING AND EVENT SPECIALIST
Jenna’s passion for perfection teamed with her patient nature makes her the dream team member at our Castle. Coming all the way from South Africa, she has broad experience both culturally and across the hospitality industry.
Julia
SENIOR WEDDING AND EVENT SPECIALIST
Julia joins Farnham Castle with strong Banqueting and Event Planning experience. Her calm approach and attention to detail ensures the level of planning required when delivering a fabulous Farnham Castle Wedding or Event.
Paula
SENIOR WEDDING AND EVENT SPECIALIST
Paula has a serious eye for detail and many years of experience supporting our Private Event and Wedding clients to plan their perfect events. Paula has time for everyone and always goes that extra mile.
Tara
SENIOR WEDDING AND EVENT SPECIALIST
Tara loves showing newly engaged couples around Farnham Castle and is full of ideas to help turn your wedding dreams in to a reality. Be sure to get your show-round appointment booked in quickly with Tara!

BAR MANAGER
When it comes to creativity and professionalism, Tom, our Bar Manager, is your guy. He continuously hones his skills behind the bar with huge passion, and always strives to offer Farnham Castle clients outstanding service. Tom's knowledge of wines is also a great asset to our team.
Deborah
BANQUETING MANAGER
Deborah is responsible for the operational success of our banqueting at Farnham Castle, maintaining our high level of customer service, and ensuring that logistically everything runs smoothly. She is an experienced hospitality professional and thrives on the fast-paced environment in our busy venue.
Sallie
BREAKFAST SUPERVISOR
Breakfast the morning after… Sallie, who is always smiling, will be in our Library to greet you. Our Castle Breakfast features our bespoke ‘Bishops Banger’, created by our chefs and our local butcher, and, whether you’re drinking a Specialty Tea, or Nespresso Coffee, your view from the Library will be spectacular in any season.
Tom
SENIOR SOUS CHEF
Tom always creates a buzz in the kitchen and is full of creative ideas, having spent all of his working career designing exciting menus. Look forward to meeting Tom at one of our Tasting Evenings.
Josh
JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
Our Castle Kitchen is a lively place with Josh around. As the youngest member of the team he brings new ideas, and is enjoying getting creative with our menu development. He’s also a whizz when it comes to posting cool and creative foodie shots on social media!
Ted
ESTATE OFFICER
There is no one more familiar with Farnham Castle, both inside and out, and Ted is an expert on the fabric of our building and the recent history of Farnham Castle. He also has his own tree planted in the garden to commemorate his 50-year service at Farnham Castle. Read more about Ted’s achievement here.
Elliot
SENIOR FACILITIES ASSISTANT
Whether up a ladder or even higher up on a cherry picker, Elliot, who is Farnham born and bred, is a dedicated and cheerful member of our Castle Team. Elliot is determined, around the clock, to keep our venue in the best possible condition.
Paul
GARDENER & GROUNDSMAN
Paul heads up our grounds team and loves to get his hands dirty; whether he's planting trees, sewing seeds or cultivating the Great Lawn. He always has a smile on his face and when it comes to your wedding or event photography, it’s Paul we have to thank for your gorgeous garden backdrop.
Chris
GARDENER AND GROUNDSMAN
Chris is our newest member of the team. Whether he’s planning or maintaining any area of the Castle’s Grounds, or perfecting the stripes on one of our lawns, Chris always has a smile on his face and a spring in his step. Chris also loves photography, and is often seen capturing the most incredible imagery of our venue and grounds.
Housekeeping
Our Housekeeping Team love looking after our venue from top to bottom and are always on-hand to ensure our Castle looks pristine at all times.
