Geraldine oversees all aspects of the business at Farnham Castle, and is responsible for advancing the Castle’s reputation as one of the foremost, historic Wedding and Events Venues in the South of England.

HEAD OF FINANCE
Jenni is the custodian of our business transactions. She manages all our accounting activities then makes sure the numbers add up and plans for our future.
HEAD CHEF
Simon calls our Castle Kitchen ‘home’ as he’s been working with us for over 18 years! He selects only the finest quality of produce from regional and local suppliers and is foodie through and through. He is passionate, creative and is your go-to man for menu inspiration!
HEAD OF MARKETING
Francesca understands our clientele to a T, having spent the last 18 years of her career working within the wedding industry. She loves sharing the hidden gem of Farnham Castle with wedding couples and clients. Having spent 20 years living in central Farnham herself, she lives and breathes the Castle.
ESTATE MANAGER
Harry is a joy to have on the estate, and even his team would agree. He looks after our historic venue as if it were his own. His meticulous manner ensures that every room in the building is perfectly maintained and updated between all of the events that we have taking place throughout the year.
BAR MANAGER
When it comes to enthusiasm for exceptional drinks service, and creating the perfect cocktails, our Bar Manager Cristian is your guy. A professional multi-tasker, he loves the vibe behind our busy bars, and, when it comes to mixing his personal favourite, it has to be an Espresso Martini every time!

Heather is dedicated to the detail and will ensure that everything is perfectly planned for your event, allowing you to relax and enjoy your Farnham Castle experience. She is also our resident historian.

Gemma is responsible for the operational success of our hospitality services at Farnham Castle, maintaining our high level of customer service, and ensuring that logistically everything runs smoothly. She is an experienced hospitality professional and thrives on the fast-paced environment in our busy venue.
ASSISTANT EVENT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Marina is an expert when it comes to all things operational. Her standards and skills ensure that everything comes together perfectly, and exactly as planned. Her attention to detail ensures that your wedding, event, or meeting, will be in the safest of hands.
SOUS CHEF
Chef Martin joined Farnham Castle’s kitchen team back in 2018, and enjoys every element of the culinary process; from preparing locally sourced produce to presenting dishes perfectly. Martin’s favourite dish on our menu? Sichaun spiced duck breast with fennel purée and fondant potato!
COMMIS CHEF
Our Castle Kitchen is a lively place when Josh is on shift. He is a recent and valued addition to the team. He’s also a whizz when it comes to posting cool and creative foodie shots on social media!
ESTATE OFFICER
There is no one more familiar with Farnham Castle, both inside and out, and Ted is an expert on the fabric of our building and the recent history of Farnham Castle. He also has his own tree planted in the garden to commemorate his 50-year service at Farnham Castle. Read more about Ted’s achievement here.
SENIOR FACILITIES ASSISTANT
Whether up a ladder or even higher up on a cherry picker, Elliot, who is Farnham born and bred, is a dedicated and cheerful member of our Castle Team. Elliot is determined, around the clock, to keep our venue in the best possible condition.
GARDENER & GROUNDSMAN
Paul heads up our grounds team and loves to get his hands dirty; whether he's planting trees, sewing seeds or cultivating the Great Lawn. He always has a smile on his face and when it comes to your wedding or event photography, it’s Paul we have to thank for your gorgeous garden backdrop.
GROUNDSKEEPER
Callum is a calm and steady presence, supporting our groundsman and maintenance team, and can be found working anywhere and everywhere between our East Lawn and South Lodge.
