Q. How many people can Farnham Castle hold for a meeting or conference?

A. Farnham Castle has meeting rooms of all sizes available for meetings, conferences and events. It is best to speak to our team regarding your requirements and we can then guide you as to which rooms within the venue will work best for you. We’re happy to work with any number of guests, from three day-delegates to three hundred guests for a Drinks Reception in our Great Hall.

Q. What time can we arrive for our event at Farnham Castle?

A. Farnham Castle can be available for you at any time during the day; from a breakfast meeting to an evening awards ceremony. Our day delegates typically arrive at 9am and tend to be with us anywhere from an hour to 24 hours. As we have en-suite accommodation on-site, we’re more than happy to discuss meetings or team events that you may wish to extend over several days.

Q. Do you offer Day Delegate rates for corporate meetings?

A. Yes, we have three Day Delegate packages available which are available for a minimum of 8 delegates, these include the meeting room hire, lunch, and break-time refreshments, but we would be more than happy to discuss expanding or altering these to work with your specific requirements.

Q. Does Farnham Castle provide WIFI?

A. Absolutely, WIFI is complimentary to all of our guests and we have a good WIFI signal running throughout the whole Castle.

Q. Do you have accommodation if we wish to stay the night before or night of our meeting?

A. Yes, we offer 33 en-suite bedrooms at Farnham Castle and we would be delighted to discuss having you stay the night before or after your booking with us, subject to availability. Breakfast is included in our bedroom rates.

Q. Is parking available at Farnham Castle?

A. We have plenty of parking available at Farnham Castle. A parking attendant will be on hand for larger events. Otherwise, please park in our main carpark or courtyard upon arrival.

Q. Do you have space outside or around the venue for our team to use for either a team building exercise, or as a break-away from our meeting?

A. Farnham Castle sits on 5 acres of land. Our Estate Team maintain the gardens and grounds throughout the year, ensuring they are always beautiful for your arrival; whether you’re looking at them from your meeting room window, or walking around for some fresh air between meetings or holding a team building activity on the Great Lawn.

Q. Is Farnham Castle easily accessible for clients travelling in to Farnham from London?

A. Our venue is located just a mile from Farnham Train Station which operates a direct service from London Waterloo. Farnham Castle is just a 5-minute taxi ride from the station, and is also well located for your clients travelling from an airport or the M25/M3 motorways.

Q. Can we hire a meeting room at Farnham Castle without having to book refreshments or catering?    

A. Yes, you are more than welcome to hire any of our meeting rooms at Farnham Castle. Alternatively, we would love to discuss our Day or 24-hour Delegate packages with you. Please speak to our Event Specialists to find out more

Q. Will staff be around to support us on the day of our meeting at Farnham Castle?

A. We have an experienced team who will look after you for the duration of your experience at Farnham Castle; from your initial enquiry, to your arrival on the day and through to the moment you and your colleagues depart the Castle gates.

Q. Do you have meeting facilities for us to use such as a projector and flip chart?

A. We do. Please let us know what specific elements you require for your meeting/event in advance and we will ensure that it is in place for you, prior to your arrival.

Q. Can you cater food and drink for our event?

A. Yes, our Head Chef has been creating wonderful menus at Farnham Castle for over 18 years. We have a number of menus to share with you featuring modern, British cuisine, but we would be more than happy to discuss adapting our menus or suggesting the right menu for your event, if required.

Q. Can we hire Farnham Castle for a corporate summer party?

A. Farnham Castle sits on 5 acres of grounds and we are perfectly located at the top of Castle Street in Farnham, Surrey. Our spacious, historic venue is ideal for corporate or social summer parties and we’d love to show you around in order to share how we can welcome your event. From a large, stretch marquee on the East Lawn to dancing in our Great Hall, Farnham Castle is the perfect venue in Surrey for your corporate summer party.

Q. Does Farnham Castle offer Christmas Parties?

A. Each year, Farnham Castle release a new and exciting Christmas Party theme for the festive season. You’re invited to hire the whole venue for your corporate or social Christmas Party, or, if you have a smaller business and would like to book a table or two, our ‘Join a Party’ option could be ideal for you.
