The Great Hall

The Great Hall is the largest room at Farnham Castle, ideal for conferences and larger corporate events and with a definite wow factor. With natural daylight, high ceilings and a truly spacious feel, your delegates or guests will enjoy superb in house catering, whilst experiencing the grandeur and history. The stunning Gallery Bar situated on our mezzanine level overlooking the Great Hall, and our Stone Hall, can be incorporated for events.

The Lantern Hall

The Lantern Hall can be hired as a stand-alone space or in conjunction with the Great Hall. Formerly the Castle’s Norman Kitchen, it’s a stunning room in its own right. It can also be used for functions or conferencing, as a break out space, for supplier set up, and for evening dining.

Winchester Suite

The Winchester Suite, on the first floor of Farnham Castle, has beautiful views over Farnham Park and our grounds. Its a lovely light and airy conference or meeting space and can also be used for private dining. It also boasts a private entrance from the Great Staircase and access to the Rose Garden. It makes a wonderful room for an event when entertaining outside is part of the plan.

The Garden Room

Overlooking the Rose Garden, this meeting room has been refurbished in a light, modern style, with some exposed architectural features. It’s a popular room for meetings and access to the Rose Garden can be arranged.

The Library

The Library has simply some of the best views from the Castle. On the second floor, a bank of windows overlook Farnham and beyond, and by night, the views are even lovelier. It’s the perfect room for a Directors’ lunch or dining, and it makes an ideal Boardroom. The Library Annex can be used in conjunction with the Library.

The Tindle Bar

The Tindle Bar is the very picture of laid-back style and is available for drinks receptions with any other event taking place at Farnham Castle.
Our ‘snug bar’ provides the ideal retreat.

The Talbot Rooms

On the first floor of Farnham Castle, Talbot One and Two can be used separately or linked. These are the perfect rooms for team meetings and presentations, and both have high ceilings and natural light, and overlook the Great Lawn.

The Beaufort Rooms

Our Beaufort Rooms are on the second floor of the Castle and link by a private corridor. These may be hired for meetings, individually or together, and both have high ceilings, natural light and views over Farnham.
