The Great Hall

The ultimate room with a definite wow factor. Dating back to the 11th century, with its high ceilings and a magnificent fireplace, this room is ideal for entertaining. Meet and greet your guests in the Stone Hall leading to our Great Hall and Gallery Bar.

The Lantern Hall

Formerly the Castle’s Norman Kitchen, this stunning room has the most beautiful arched windows and bright and airy feel. Perfect for day or evening functions.

Winchester Suite

With its inspiring views over Farnham Park and the Castle grounds, this elegant, panelled room, with a central fireplace and picture windows, has its own balcony and staircase leading to the gardens. A wonderful room for a party, reception or private dining.

The Garden Room

Overlooking the Rose Garden, at ground level, this room is full of character. Ideal for a small canapé reception, afternoon tea or private dining.

The Library

With some of the best views from Farnham Castle, the Library overlooks Farnham and beyond, and by night the views are even more spectacular. The perfect room for a celebration lunch or evening entertaining, and can be hired with the adjoining Library Annex.

The Library Annex

The Annex can be used as a pre-dining drinks reception room or simply as an extension to the Library space. It has the same stunning views as the Library, and can be hired separately to the Library for an intimate dinner or afternoon tea.

The Gallery Bar

Our Gallery Bar is perfectly situated on a mezzanine level overlooking the Great Hall. With views over Farnham, it is the perfect location for drinks, whilst still being part of the occasion.

The Tindle Bar

Our ‘snug bar’ provides the ideal atmosphere for the perfect pre or post party retreat.

The Grounds

With 5 acres of glorious gardens and grounds, Farnham Castle is an amazing venue for outdoor parties, entertaining and events.
