Wherever possible, we use locally sourced produce and work closely with our suppliers to ensure we use only the freshest ingredients.
Our grounds include a kitchen garden where we grow most of our herbs, garnishes and some of the vegetables used in our dishes. Our Chefs work closely with our Grounds Team to plan the sowing and growing to ensure that our food is truly seasonal.
