Our aim is to ensure we communicate effectively, and meet your needs when it comes to having to re-arrange or alter your existing plans with us.

By booking Farnham Castle as your wedding, event, or conference venue, you can rest assured that you’re booking with confidence. Farnham Castle is operated by Compass Group UK & Ireland, one of the world’s largest hospitality companies, who can provide us with extra support in various ways and means. If you’ve made a booking with us already, you’ll notice that your contract would have come from the operations team at Compass Group UK & Ireland, giving you peace of mind that your booking is in safe hands and secured by a major business. Having hosted the Kings and Queens of England for nearly 900 years, you can be certain that Farnham Castle will offer weddings, conferences and events for many more years to come.
Our Communication
Our teams will remain available to communicate with you 7 days a week. In the first instance, email is the best way to get hold of us, whether you’d like to discuss a wedding, a conference, meeting or special event. For new booking enquiries, once we have your details via email, we would be delighted to arrange a telephone conversation to discuss your requirements in detail. We’d also be happy to chat to you via video link – and we can even do a virtual tour if you want to make a booking and don’t want to miss out on a specific date. Regardless of how difficult some circumstances may be, life will move on and people will still want to get excited about and make future plans.

Social Distancing Measures
What we’ve learned from Coronavirus so far, is that social distancing is proving to be a powerful tool and that we may not, in the immediate future, go back to life as we’ve always known it. Therefore, our teams are, and will continue to think creatively of ways in which we can still make your weddings, conferences, business meetings and events work brilliantly, whilst still making everyone feel safe and comfortable under the new circumstances and measures. If you have a social distancing idea for your own wedding or event, we’d love to hear it!
Flexibility
Depending on the situation, Farnham Castle, as with every other wedding or event venue, may have restrictions put in place following UK Government advice. As a team, we’ll ensure we do everything we can to be as flexible as possible with our bookings and on-going support. Our primary goal is to ensure that there is as little disruption to bookings as possible.
Health & Safety
The health and well-being of our clients, guests, visitors and in-house team is of paramount importance to us, and we constantly review our procedures in line with Health & Safety regulations.
