The ancient Norman Chapel, the very oldest part of the Palace, is available to couples that would prefer a Church of England marriage service and is licensed for up to 80 guests.
This traditional and simple space features wooden flooring and a grand stone arch, under which you’ll exchange vows as light streams in from the old Chapel windows.
If you choose to hold your ceremony in the Norman Chapel or The Lantern Hall, you can still make use of the wow-factor setting of The Bishop’s Chapel. It’s ideal for those beautiful newlywed photographs and perfect for a separate blessing after your civil ceremony.
Reverend Canon Heather Humphrey is available to discuss use of the Chapels for your service on 01252 792333.
