Book a Guided Tour of the Bishop’s Palace, Farnham Castle
Guided tours of Farnham Castle in Surrey are now available to book on select Wednesdays.
Picture perfect Farnham Castle, located at the top of Castle Street in Farnham, Surrey, will re-open its gates soon, to visitors who have pre-booked to experience a guided tour of the Bishop’s Palace.
Available on future select Wednesday afternoons, families, friends, tourists and residents of Farnham will now be able, in groups of up to 10, to experience a guided tour of the Bishop’s Palace, plus a wander through the Castle Keep and a small exhibition, located within the Farnham Castle grounds.
Guided tours will commence at 2pm, 2:30pm and 3pm and pre-booking tickets is advised. Guests arriving on the 2pm and 2:30pm tours may complete their visit with a trip up to the Castle Keep and walk around the exhibition; the 3pm tour guests are advised to visit the Keep and exhibition in advance of their 3pm tour as the Castle gates will close at 4pm. There is plenty of complementary parking available for visitors, and don’t forget to bring your camera as there are some incredible opportunities to take photographs around the Castle and Keep.
