Take into consideration the way your initial enquiry is handled; as you’ll be working with the venue team closely, you’ll want to ensure that your communication and planning expectations are met.

To make the organisation of your event as seamless as possible, consider choosing a venue with a dedicated Planning Team, as well as in-house Chefs who can offer real advice based on experience, and take as much pressure off your job as possible. Consider when organising a full off-site meeting, whether a breakfast, lunch or a Team Dinner could be the perfect way to kick-start your team event, and therefore a venue with accommodation on-site could be an important factor.
