Our Website
Our website is the first Welcome to Farnham Castle that you’ll more than likely experience. It shares everything that we do here at our historic venue; from our image galleries, to menus, information with regards to What’s On at the Castle, our easy-to-read Blog, links to our Social Media, how to contact us, and so much more. Francesca is our website guru and is always excited to post our latest news and info!
Our Specialist Planning Teams
Our Planning Teams take the stress out of your event. From your very first enquiry, our Team can share our very best ideas and show you around the venue to seek out the perfect spot in the Castle or grounds to host your perfect occasion. As a team, Heather, Paula, Steph, Jodie and Tara are available 7 days a week to answer your questions, guide you with advice, and chat with you about your vision of your celebration, right down to each and every tiny detail.
Our Dining
Dining is an essential element of any special occasion, and our Head Chef, Simon, offers 18 years of experience when it comes to creating, preparing and cooking our fine dining menus at the Castle. Simon and his team prepare and cook everything fresh, on site. They are creative, passionate and incredibly serious about ensuring that all our guests go home enthusing about their dining experience, which we pair perfectly with a selection of international wines, Champagnes and cocktails. Together with Niamh, our Banqueting Manager, and Luke, our Bar Manager, our dedicated teams complete your service.
Our Grounds & Gardens
Farnham Castle sits within 5 acres of grounds and gardens which are looked after meticulously by our long-standing staff, who understand exactly how to preserve and care for our hidden gem of a venue. Ted (50 years’ service), Harry, our Head of Grounds and Maintenance, Paul (almost 30 years’ service), Elliot and Callum all share a passion for the outdoors as much as they do our stunning, historic interior; whether they’re mowing the Great Lawn, sowing seeds for our fresh kitchen produce, or flying a new flag from our flagpole!
Our Accommodation
Did you know that we have an incredible Executive Suite, plus 33 additional en-suite bedrooms for over-night guests – all cared for by our Head Housekeeper, Sam. Our unique, Castle bedrooms are located along the top floor of the Bishop’s Palace, within the Wykeham and Wayneflete buildings, and in South Lodge. A Castle breakfast is served by our Breakfast Team in the Library the following morning, offering the most sensational views over the rooftops of Farnham.
Not forgetting our wonderful Reception Team who arrange all bedroom bookings and meet and greet all our guests.
