This series of introductory seminars offers you an insight into the style and content of the wide range of face to face intercultural skills development and global support programmes provided by Farnham Castle. Delivered by a selection of our Senior Trainers, the workshops look at some of the factors critical for success in working with other cultures and making our own culture work for us when managing others in some not so obvious cultural scenarios.
