Working Effectively with International Colleagues & Clients

The way that we conduct and present ourselves and relate to others within our own culture, in both a business and social context, is not always valued or acceptable in another culture.

Today’s managers not only need to learn and understand the tools and skills to be successful in their own environment, but face the additional challenge of developing greater awareness and sensitivity towards cross-cultural issues and hidden aspects of culture encountered when managing and negotiating with colleagues in different cultural surroundings.

These programmes will enable participants to create a foundation for the vital skills and confidence required, and share best practices and experiences with peers, for more effective business dealings within an international context.

Format

This programme can be delivered in a 1 or 2 day format for groups of around 10 individuals.

Who should attend?

Anyone who could benefit from a greater understanding of the business culture and practices when operating with colleagues or clients in high profile countries or regions.
