Multicultural Team Building
Within all organizations operating in a global environment, multicultural teams have the potential to become the most effective and productive operational units. Unfortunately without appropriate training to provide the relevant skills to promote working effectively together, they can often and frequently do become the least productive.
What generally determines whether culturally diverse teams perform more or less effectively is how they manage their diversity. Developing the skills and understanding required to recognize that taking advantage of differences can become a strength and that complementary cultural traits can be used to create a highly motivated team will enhance the ability to deliver a competitive edge.
This programme is designed to develop the essential skills, tools and techniques that will enhance the effectiveness of team members through the creation of an international mindset.
Format
An intensive and in-depth experiential workshop comprising highly interactive sessions complemented by exercises, short role- plays, case studies and brain storming sessions. This provides an opportunity for participants to work together on the formation of their own solutions to becoming a high performing international team.
